Private Classes Online
Private classes are customized to your needs as an individual or group. Examples include:
Personalized Yoga Practice: a practice that meets you where you’re at through asana, pranayama and meditation
Yoga Work Break: a time to reset during the workday with your colleagues
Mindful Movement: whether it’s dynamic movement or an opportunity to slow down and unwind, we’ll work on shifting your awareness from external to internal
Meditation and Breathing: An invitation to pause and check-in during your day
Kids Yoga: a mixture of yoga, breathing and games to build awareness and have fun!
Group Classes with Partnering Studios
Join me for in-person, live online or on-demand group yoga classes through partnering studios. Connect with friends and fellow yogis in your neighborhood and beyond!

Hi friends! All Signature Group Classes are currently on hold.
My schedule is a bit in flux, and I’ve had to adjust where and how I share my energy and time. This includes recognizing that I’ve been more of a teacher than a student, and I fully believe the best teachers are first and foremest commited to their practice as a student. Wednesday Mindful Vinyasa & Meditation
Wednesdays, 7-8am CT
This is your mid-week check-in: how are you breathing, how are you moving, and how is your practice showing up for you off the mat? Never too late to begin again. :) We’ll start with mindful movement and breathing to help us embody our practice, and we’ll close with a brief meditation to slow down, tune in, and savor in the space we created in our body and mind.
Thursday Mindful Vinyasa
Thursdays, 5:00-6:15pm CT
Moving at a meditative pace, we’ll start with a slow, mindful progression of asanas, then explore more playful and dynamic movement, and wind down with yin-inspired postures and calming pranayama. Options provided throughout class so the practice can meet you where you’re at. This practice is intended to help you unwind and reconnect through movement, conscious breathing and mindfulness.
Sunday Mindful Collective
1st Sunday of the Month, 4:00-5:15pm CT
Join our (virtual) community for collective care. Gentle asana will invite us to be present in our bodies, pranayama will help us explore the benefits of conscious breathing, and guided meditation will help us reimagine what’s possible. We’ll close with a yoga nidra practice to explore deep rest. Create a balanced mindset and heartspace for new month ahead.
