Signature Group Classes Online

Yoga to Flatten the Curve classes are intended to meet students where they’re at in the moment, recognizing that we come to our practice with different lived and learned experiences. In each class, options are provided for asana (physical movement), pranayama (controlled breathing) and savasana (final resting pose)...and everything inbetween. :) If you prefer to practice in a chair, or are unable to get up/down from the floor with relative ease,  please contact me before class so we can discuss options to best support your practice.

Class descriptions and pricing are below:

Wednesday Mindful Vinyasa & Meditation (Wednesdays, 7-8am CT)
This is your mid-week check-in: how are you breathing, how are you moving, and how is your practice showing up for you off the mat? Never too late to begin again. We’ll start with mindful movement and breathing to help us embody our practice, and we’ll close with a brief meditation to slow down, tune in, and savor in the space we created in our body and mind.

Thursday Mindful Vinyasa (Thursdays, 5-6:15pm CT)
Moving at a meditative pace, we’ll start with a slow, mindful progression of asanas, then explore more playful and dynamic movement, and wind down with yin-inspired postures and calming pranayama. Options provided if you want to keep it mellow or be more active. This is an all-levels class with different options given along the way.

Sunday Mindful Collective (1st Sunday of the month, 4-5:15pm CT)
Join our community to support our self- and collective-care. Gentle asana will invite us to be present in our bodies, pranayama will help us explore the benefits of breathing consciously, and guided meditation will help us reimagine what’s possible. We’ll close with a yoga nidra practice to settle into stillness and replenish our nervous system. Options to set intentions to cultivate a balanced mindset and heartspace for the new month. Props suggested: anything cozy and comfy to help you be at ease (cushions, blankets, pillows, warm tea, furry friends if ya got ‘em).

Individual class: $15
5-class package: $65
10-class package: $120

Next Steps:
Your payment is your registration. Once payment is received, I’ll email you the Zoom link and class details. If possible, please submit payment no later than 30 minutes before class - and thank you!

A few more notes before you go:

  • Online classes require the most current version of Zoom (you can find the most current version at the Zoom Download Center).

  • Recordings provided if you can’t make it live.

  • Also, it’s a super tough time financially for many of us. And everyone should be able to access the practices and tools they need to support their health.
